• We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
• We reserve the right to alter or cancel appointments due to severe weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Vehicle Condition and Personal Items

Prior to our arrival or your drop-off, please remove all personal items, valuables, and child car seats from the vehicle. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle. Please notify us of any pre-existing damage, sensitive areas, or mechanical issues before we begin our service.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BA Detailing or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on BA Detailing's website or the services provided, even if BA Detailing or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
